Six Stages, One Standard
A custom home is a two-year conversation. Our process gives that conversation structure — defined stages, fixed decision points, and one supervisor from the first site visit to final handover, so you always know exactly where your build stands and what it costs.
Stage 01
Discovery & FeasibilityWe begin with the land, your brief and your budget. Orientation, easements, overlays and buildability are assessed before a line is drawn, so the design that follows is grounded in what the site will actually allow.
Stage 02
Design DevelopmentArchitecture and interiors progress together. Material palettes, joinery detail and 3D visualisation are developed in parallel, so you see and approve the home before it is priced.
Stage 03
Documentation & ApprovalConstruction drawings, engineering, energy rating and a line-by-line specification are coordinated into one complete set, then lodged for permit. Thorough documentation is what removes surprises later.
Stage 04
Pre-Construction & ContractA fixed-price contract, locked allowances, a construction programme and a nominated site supervisor. Nothing starts on site until the numbers and the schedule are signed.
Stage 05
ConstructionWeekly site reporting with photographs, staged quality inspections at each trade handover, and variations controlled in writing. One supervisor, one programme, trades we have worked with for years.
Stage 06
Handover & AftercareA joint pre-handover walkthrough, full compliance and warranty documentation, and a structured defects period — including a twelve-month review with your supervisor.
